A DAY TRIP TO BANTRY HOUSE
Southwest Kerry Women’s Association are organising a day trip for women to Bantry House & Gardens on Wed 27th May, departing from Cahersiveen @ 9am. Cost €55 to include bus, morning tea, admission to House and dinner. To book a seat call Helen  on  066-9473397.

ANNUAL PILGRIM MASS
Annual Pilgrimage and Mass on Cnoc na dTobar: The Annual Pilgrimage and Mass to be held on Cnoc na dTobar will be held this year on Sunday May 17th. Mass will be celebrated at 3pm. All are welcome.

Lowland Leader Award
The Comhchoiste in conjunction with Mountaineering Ireland will run a course in the near future. This will be run over four days. Further Information from 066 9474888.

CIRCUIT TRAINING                                               In the Ballinskelligs Community Centre on Thursday night at 8.00pm with David Lynes, €5 per session.
COUNSELLING
Sometimes to talk can be a tremendous help: South West Kerry Family Resource Centre, 18 Main Street, Cahersiveen provides a ‘low cost’ professional counselling service for adults, teenagers and children in the Iveragh area – call 087 203 7952 for an appointment.  If out of hours just leave a brief message and staff will get back to you. Counselling takes place on a Monday.

SUSTAINABLE USE OF PESTICIDES DIRECTIVE
Any farmer or gardener who is using a knapsack or boom sprayer will have to have to have a formal qualification before the end of the year. If this affects you please register with the Comhchoiste for a place on an upcoming course. 066 9474888 Course costs €160 to reserve a place a deposit of €60 is required.

SCHOOLS COLLECTION ON-LINE
The Schools Collection (Bailiúchán na Scol) is the fascinating collection of stories, folklore etc. collected in 1937/38 by fifth and sixth class children in many of the country’s national schools from their families and neighbours. Most of the Iveragh schools participated and are included. The collection is now digitised and can be accessed at www.duchas.ie

TABLE TENNIS
Table Tennis is in the Ballinskelligs Community hall on Wednesday evening at 8.00pm.

YOGA ENERGY AND TRANSFORMATION CLASS
